Good. That report should be public. The government works for us, and should be fully transparent at all times - with few exceptions (eg national security).
A growing number of GOP senators saying they should see the report... though necessarily the public.
Note again the speech and debate clause protects members if they read the Gaetz report into the record.
And that there are plenty of reporters who will cheerfully accept leaks.

That said, it’s no sin for the @nytimes.com to run editorials from all corners of the political spectrum. This isn’t a case of “anticipatory obedience,” it’s a case of the Times editorial section doing exactly what an editorial section is supposed to do.
