I’ve been struggling with that since the hit on the Hyundai plant. That event checked all my boxes. And just now I’m seeing the Korean government is chartering flights to bring their people from the plant home.

When I told my partner about this, she asked if I would leave if any group was the target or if this was specifically against Jews. At the time, I said I didn’t know.

To me, a kristallnacht:
- targets a whole community, not just a single person or small group
- Targets their livelihood more than their bodies, their ability to exist in the community
- Is sanctioned by the government.
