It's worth noting that shitty people with no integrity (i.e., Republicans) don't see hypocrisy as something to be avoided. If anything, they see integrity as a weakness to be exploited. They are free to engage in doublethink and encourage it in their followers.

Yeah, no shit sherlock. When you build a new railroad route you have to build all the overpasses, underpasses, tunnels, grade separations, and viaducts for that section before you lay down track and build stations.

Ignoring that many people don't have backyards and wouldn't be allowed to raise chickens there if they did, and ignoring that the cost of raising chickens is much, much higher than the cost of eggs...do Republicans think bird flu can't infect chickens in a backyard? Are people really this stupid?
