One month on from the devastating 6.0-magnitude earthquake that struck Afghanistan, ActionAid is still working tirelessly to meet the needs of earthquake survivors, like Fatima*, whose homes and livelihoods have been destroyed, many of whom are living in tents.

Activists across Europe are taking to the streets to demand greater regulation of bad behaviour by big corporations. The protests are at an attempt by the EU to gut hard fought protections within the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive. The Irish government must reject these rollbacks!

Today, the United Nations concluded that Israel has committed genocide in Gaza. This is not the time for words. We now need urgent action from governments. Arms exports to Israel must be banned, sanctions imposed, and Israeli must be held accountable.

The time for talk is over, the government must take action and pass the Occupied Territories Bill - in full. We joined 45+ organistions and groups to call on the government to stop delaying and pass the Bill, ensuring services are included!
