The new tropical forest fund is a gamble in the casino of financial markets. Public finance is scarce&needs to go directly to forest communities rather than to complex financial instruments that aren’t guaranteed to raise money or benefit people.

The new tropical forest fund is a gamble in the casino of financial markets. Public finance is scarce&needs to go directly to forest communities rather than to complex financial instruments that aren’t guaranteed to raise money or benefit people.

The time for talk is over, the government must take action and pass the Occupied Territories Bill - in full. We joined 45+ organistions and groups to call on the government to stop delaying and pass the Bill, ensuring services are included!
