Did you like the Shallowater album from a couple of months back? It's slowcore-y but I thought they did the shoegaze country thing really well

Not a huge basketball guy and the thunder didn't look quite as dominant in the playoffs last year but it feels like they're set up for like a five -year dynasty unless wembanyama can knock them off

Every now and then it does work but I've tried to get into a hell of a lot of indie albums in my day and usually they have to start from a better point

I will say they're obviously interesting and creative, it just didn't cohere into songs I really liked. Maybe I'll try again in a bit
