A 12-year-old boy presented with chronic left hip pain unresponsive to antibiotics. Laboratory tests showed raised white blood cells and C-reactive protein. MRI showed evidence of left hip synovitis

In a large cohort of cancer patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated with ICIs for metastatic NSCLC, use of glucocorticoids other than dexamethasone did not affect survival over 91 days. Median prednisone equivalent dose was 6.6 mg/day

Radiography demonstrated signs of calcifying periostitis (red arrows), amorphous calcifications at the medial aspect of the joint capsule (white arrows) and altered trabeculation in the juxta-articular distal humerus. Chest CT identified periostitis with new bone formation of ribs II to VIII bilaterally, both scapulae and both proximal humeri (yellow arrows).

Anti-collagen II (Anti-Col2) antibodies and clinical associations. Prevalence of AntiCol2 antibodies at two different titers did not differ between relapsing polychondritis (RP), MAGIC syndrome, VEXAS, large-vessel vasculitis (LVV), and small/medium vessel vasculitis (SMVV) (A). Anti-Col2 antibodies did not differ by disease where green indicates normal, blue is borderline elevated, and red is elevated (B). Anti-Col2 antibody titers were not associated with physician global assessment (PGA) scores of disease activity in patients with RP (C) or when excluding patients with RP who were B-cell depleted (D).
