Got me thinking.. What's the strongest reaction you've seen an audience member have to a scene in a cinema?
During the birthday party scene in SIGNS I saw a whole row of young women literally throw their popcorn in the air like a cartoon.

Someone in my audience had a very audible negative reaction to the dog scene in TOGETHER. So that was fun!

Intermedial Studies, which was about the various intersections between art, music and literature: film adaptations, comics, song lyrics, picture books and more. Super interesting and nearly every lecturer we had was great. One of them introduced me to Watchmen and made me a lifelong Alan Moore fan.
What was your favorite early clas NOT in your eventual major. Mine was Ethnomusicology: an introduction to folk music.
I invariably get, "Ooh anthro that was my favorite class/cool professor" from people I meet. I tend to think soms of it is our outré material, being willing to talk "taboo" subjects in a cross-cultural context.
