+at tired hours, that the jokes get way more entertaining, it makes them kinda delirious from lack of sleep, being delightfully stupid with eachother

dan makes a jab at sam, sam jabs back in a sort of.. different way, that spurs dan to rant, sam interjects ...

theyre spending like god awful hours of the night gaming, teasing and prodding- mostly dan at a Stressed sam, (which dan is aware of, he loves when Sam's a itty bit stressed bc it means they get more competitive together... )

and it turns into that thing where you hang with someone for long enough+

they fascinate me so much, dan being this originally utterly lonely guy forming an immense and intense bond to sam, but how he treats it after is really... cute, he literally has no malicious intent, no long term goals to get something from sam, he comes across as genuinely being friends bc +
