We're celebrating a legislative victory tonight!

Gov. Armstrong vetoed SB 2307, legislation that would have required most libraries in the state to keep material some define as “obscene” in areas that are difficult for minors to access.

Last month, Gov. Armstrong signed into law HB 1217, legislation to reform North Dakota’s outdated laws that unfairly criminalized and stigmatized people living with HIV. ND is the 4th state in the country to fully repeal HIV criminalization laws. #NDLeg
