Imagining a world where the Rio Grande electrifies the Narrow Gauge Circle and it becomes the american version of the Rhätische Bahn
A map of the Denver & Rio Grande and it's various connecting railroads. Much of this system was originally 3ft narrow gauge, although many lines would be converted to standard gauge and/or abandoned over the years. A diagram of the passenger services of the Rhätische Bahn (RhB), a meter gauge railroad running through the alps in the Swiss canton of Graubünden.

The electrified way.

I've seen this map so many times, and yet i've only just noticed what appears to be a Rockwell Street Elevated branching off north from what's now the Brown Line.
