just a perverse ignorance of spectrum issues right there. it’s really about ones inability to construct a complex system in their worlds. so everything is dumbed down for their benefit. I wouldn’t waste one’s time even debating someone with that simplistic construct.

the deflection answers the question. yes laser focused as a political concern but no we have not taken the time to consider the issue seriously as we thought we could avoid it.

An artist sees money as personal freedom and survival, so even when we consider it’s value, we are ultimately just looking for ways to feel more free.

we have altered the ecosystem so vastly around the world that we can’t even handle the idea of living with nature. one of the silly battles in Colorado is the reintroduction of wolves. the idea of allowing something to live that doesn’t dire benefit us seems crazy. So yeah 10,000 BCE

it’s quite possible. whose to say I guess. I understand that there are many in power that spend a lot of time convincing us other things are more important.. telling us to take time to remember our veterans for example. when our government doesn’t care about them.

maybe we are not as advanced as we think we are. humans love the idea of progres. but ultimately it’s just because they believe it will lead to more for themselves. we use words like “cool” when someone has a bee farm in their backyard. quietly dismissive.

We refuse to consider animals and insects as our peers that brings immense value. Part of the ecosystem. It’s incredible how full of ourselves we are at times..

it’s a blow. But 38 of them kept fighting to be fair. What really happened was we lost the day. Although we can celebrate the federal workers rehired. And not let these seven plus am independent off the hook in December when the ACA comes back up.
