This ruling is unconstitutional for 3 reasons: (1) it erodes the judiciary’s Article III authority, (2) it disrupts the separation of powers by granting the executive branch unchecked authority, and (3) it violates the 5th and 14th Amendments.

How long will the Supreme Court be allowed to ruin our lives before they get Luigied? They came after abortion, they’re coming after gay marriage, and now they’re coming after escapism. Clearly peaceful protests aren’t working. We can’t even enjoy an app without them banning it.
