Trump said he wouldn't start any wars, then attacked Iran. He said he’d end the Ukraine/Russia war on day one, then tried to force Ukraine to surrender to Putin. He said he’d lower grocery prices and was going to "fix" the economy, but started putting tariffs on everything.

Your tune was very different when Biden gave Ukraine missiles to fight against Russia. Suddenly, you’re okay with attacking a foreign nation even though it could start a war? We’ve already reached the “War is Peace” Orwellian stage.

This ruling is unconstitutional for 3 reasons: (1) it erodes the judiciary’s Article III authority, (2) it disrupts the separation of powers by granting the executive branch unchecked authority, and (3) it violates the 5th and 14th Amendments.
