As soon as you receive your confirmation email, your Access Card ID number can immediately be used to book your tickets or get your accessibility requirements at the venues we work with!

The third symbol located on our Access Card is our Essential Companion symbol, sometimes referred to as our +1 in reference to how the symbol is shown on the card.

The Access Card went through several iterations before landing on the design we have today. There were several symbols in development before our "!" "Anything else" symbol was created. Concepts included displaying symbols as a grid and having them on the side!

How would you change the current card?

It's time to look at another symbol on our Access Card. Today's symbol is our Level Access symbol. The second symbol on our card is indicated by a wheelchair user on a small ramp and is there to indicate a person's difficulty around stairs.
