@jon Presumably Spain, unless Poland can do it for less. In the long run, a defeated Russia will need civilian export industries to pay reparations (as Finland did after WW2), and they used to be decent at rolling stock

@kalleboo @timixretroplays I picked up an early-2010s thin PC for £60 last year. With Windows pushing AI hardware, there may be a glut of perfectly serviceable old PCs for cheap or even free; you can use them with Linux or (presumably) old versions of Windows.
