The Dems lost the last election because they *wouldn't* take a principled stance on Gaza, immigration, and LGBT rights, glorified militarism, and spent Kamala's entire campaign trotting out Liz Cheney to champion reach-across-the-aisle politics.

Worst part is that it's still going on. Covid is still killing, disabling, and causing long-term damage in people and instead of instituting clean air measures or masking in hospitals to help stop the spread, everyone is just miserably sick all the time and dying earlier than they should.

Literally the only right-on-red I know of in New York City is the right turn onto 21st St next to Silvercup Studios in LIC when you take the Northern Blvd exit off the upper level of the Queensborough Bridge.

I like to think of us as Cassandras in a coal mine. Constantly told we're overreacting to the actual harm being done to us and then demonised for being right when the effects of the things we've been warning about start to affect the population at large.

Because history, of course, has shown that appeasement is the optimal strategy. Surely if we give them just a little more ground they'll finally be satisfied and go back to respecting political norms.

All you have to do is look at what's happened with MAiD in Canada. Lots of reports of disabled people being pressured into it, people in poverty being offered it instead of benefits/support, etc. Disabled people have been screaming about this for years because it's *already* being used for eugenics.
