Kids' elementary school is starting a school year with a lock down drill. This is good and normal and it's far better to do this to 5-10 year olds than regulate assault weapons.

Official Church teaching from the Catechism is actually that sex in marriage with no contraception is great and feels great! You must never have heard a celibate male priest explain that women can't fully enjoy sex if they're not married and are "separated from the possibility of getting pregnant."

In addition to Walz referring to IUI as IVF just not being a scandal, they're also wrong. Some pro- life groups might be okay with IUI, but the Catholics and some others are definitely not.

I don't like pumpkin spice being out before Sept. 21 but I reluctantly acknowledge others think fall starts when school does. But I absolutely cannot abide *Christmas creamer* being out in September.
