i ran a half marathon yesterday!!
had knee pain a week or two ago during training runs & was told strength training was *necessary* as i upped my miles but of course i didn’t do any
takeaways:
•it wasn’t awful until mile 10 - progress!
•TC marathon can wait until next year, with proper training lol
