I think it probably is illegal, for what it's worth. They were put up there with congressionally allocated funds. Congress is supposed to have the power of purse. The courts are just kind of being ignored on appropriations and congress won't do anything to assert their authority.

The point I'm making is tanking the dems in the midterms is a bad strategy to win the midterms. "Reckoning" with Biden's actions when he will never hold office again isn't helpful. It's not going to get old people out of congress either. You're fighting an old dying man with no power.
