I’d highly recommend taking a break from the hooch to anyone who drinks regularly - after just 3 weeks I noticed a massive difference.

I used the ‘Try Dry’ app which helped quantify my progress & the benefits.

Decent away draw for the Dabbers today - leaves us a solid 3rd in the league.
