Today is my 100th consecutive day without alcohol.

Along with an active routine/regular exercise, it has led to improved physical and mental wellbeing, better sleep, more focus - the list goes on 💪

Don’t think I’m ready for a permanent abstention just yet, not ruling anything out though… 🤔🍺
