Yesterday, MO Sen. Hawley filed a bill to ban abortion coverage on Affordable Care Act health plans. The federal Hyde Amendment currently prohibits federally-funded health coverage of abortion care with few exceptions; this bill expands this dangerous amendment to everyone on an exchange plan. (1/3)

Missourians support legal abortion. And this week, once again, MO courts recognize legal abortion.

The Western District Court of Appeals rejected the Attorney General’s attempt to reinstate an abortion ban in a unanimous decision. And in 2026, Missourians will vote to keep abortion legal. (1/3)
