There's a lot to feel hopeless about but every day I see people doing whatever they can to help, whether that's volunteering, working in roles that help the vulnerable such as destigmatizing addiction, protesting injustice, or just giving what they can.

Today I finally managed to buy some firewood, and my little hero Kinan helped me break it into pieces so we can use it for warmth.
In Gaza, even the smallest things feel like a victory… a little warmth on a cold night, a little relief after long exhaustion.
