I studied the Nazis at university, taught the history of Nazi Germany on two continents and wrote for major newspapers about Nazi Germany. I am internet famous for fact- checking chuds on the history, ideology and policy of Nazi Germany. That was a Nazi salute.

Just finished season 2 of #Shrinking. Amazing TV. Hit me right in the gut. And being old and sentimental it got me to feel feelings. Best series of 24. Funny. Serious. Feel good. Just great! Highly recommended.

When I was a professor at University of New Hampshire, I used to teach a class on contemporary metamodern multimedia in which I would play this video for students. Giant screen; small, darkened seminar room...it would leave us all speechless. Including me—every time I saw it. Hope you feel as I did.
