I don’t have a routine I just try to work at for at least 45 minutes a day, when I strength train I usually do 20-25 minutes of that and then the rest on the treadmill

Just realized that this could possibly be my period… my apps say I still have 10 days but I wasn’t regular before pregnancy and I’ve been cramping for the past fews days
+ my weight has also stagnated which usually happens before my period too…

I don’t really do thinspo bc I used to be so big that if I ever do get super small, I’ll have sm loose skin :/ but I do love to look at these pics of me, about 120 lbs apart
I never made it to a normal BMI so I’m still overweight in the ‘after’ pics but I looked sm better
