Went from 20+ oz a day to 13-15
The past few days I’ve been under my limit by 300-400 cals
I don’t wanna go back to having a minimum amt of cals I like what I’m doing now ugh

Day 3: thinspo
I don’t really do thinspo bc I used to be so big that if I ever do get super small, I’ll have sm loose skin :/ but I do love to look at these pics of me, about 120 lbs apart
I never made it to a normal BMI so I’m still overweight in the ‘after’ pics but I looked sm better

Day 3: thinspo
I don’t really do thinspo bc I used to be so big that if I ever do get super small, I’ll have sm loose skin :/ but I do love to look at these pics of me, about 120 lbs apart

Last night was a little rough, my baby hasn’t let me sleep the last two nights, and lack of sleep usually triggers a binge for me
Hopefully I will stay strong today🤞

Overate a little yesterday but still lost!! Had a little bit of a setback this week but hopefully I can still lose the 6.8lbs by the end of the month!! I can’t wait to be under 200 again
