First time making poor man’s brisket aka smoked Chuck Roast and I don’t know if I’ll ever fuss with another actual brisket again. Also, Caprese bruschetta fresh from the garden, pork belly burnt ends & roasted carrots.

As someone that’s done signage for concerts & festivals I can guarantee he walked right past a sign very similar to this, and that there is in fact legal precedent to uphold it. But some lawyer will happily take his money for him to FAFO

The U.S. economy is absolutely cooked. This used to be a pretty solid monthly money making event for my wife & her friend’s booth, and in the last 3 months the sales and attendance have fallen off a cliff.
