I’m going to say this again, the parent with ADD needs help remembering things. They should not be the ONLY one in charge of medications & teeth brushing!

Being super in tune to people’s emotions is not always my strength. Today it was my downfall. By the time I got home from extended family Easter I had nothing left for my kids or myself. I feel so empty. Sending myself to bed early and hopefully wake up recharged for the other side of the fam.
