People forget it’s a need for some before enjoyment. Yes I do enjoy a nice onesie, thick diaper and whatnot but it’s a need first and foremost. I’ve tried to make the best of a shitty situation for a guy like me. It’s still hard to hide it around others, there’s no “off” day for me - I make it work.

It wasn’t until it became a daily need for me, unable to hold my bladder more than 3-5 seconds before letting go. I opened up about the ABDL diapers and some onesie I had at the time to my partner and not really looked back. Still makes me feel uncomfortable at times - I don’t think that goes away.

Limited medical Diaper options led me into the ABDL community, not from fetish, but from necessity. Wearing a diaper alone was hard, which I slowly accepted but then an ABDL one - threw my mind into a loop. I hid that more than anything, even those I lived with.
