Sometimes I still surprise myself when I catch my reflection. A sporting injury in my 20s, led me in them - which was embarrassing enough when accidents happened + I couldn’t explain or predict it. Tried a bunch of options in my 30s (medically & mentally) - it only seemed to get worse.
