Food from this week!! My fave pickled beet spring sandwich, homemade papusas with veggie pulled steak, and French onion soup~

Someone on tumblr was asking what I do with all the physical paper since I work traditionally. Behold my storage

She's doing amazing!! We moved last May and her tank finally has the space it deserves-- her gross amphibian water now helps feed a plant wall, too :] part of a little ecosystem.
And everyone who comes over loves her, she's so friendly!
