I remember getting decent coffee on the inter island ferry in nz and it being better than I’ve had in ostensibly proper coffee shops at home.

I am often too hot because apparently my bodies thermostat is defective but will deffo do more on the hydration front. Luckily this hospital always seems to get it first try and the last two days did it gently too so my bruising is minimal.

I should drink more, my anatomy means they’ll never be visible in the crook of my arm alas.

This also means I left behind my booklet of blood stickers on the fridge at home but the phlebotomist I got was a sweetheart who printed me out some spares. Weirdly they had to use a paediatric tourniquet and paraphernalia cos my veins were being extra recalcitrant
