While it’s disheartening that the US administration has chosen to follow the Nazis, the silver lining is they appear not to have learned the lesson about starting a war on multiple fronts.

Finally this gets some attention. I see so much effort online from supporters of both sides trying to deny the suffering of others, rather than see the sum of all misery as the price of settling our disputes through violence.

I’ll say this about Sultan Al Jaber’s comments on fossil fuels and climate change: I think the controversy is that he said the quiet part out loud. None of these leaders at COP28 actually plan to do anything…he’s just the only one to say it.
