Yeah let’s be real, we will get swings like this every time for the rest of our lives without a drastic shift in our media and educational landscapes. We have no attention spans, our collective memory routinely fails, and the majority of the electorate can’t grasp the root causes of their issues.

Haha it’s pretty funny you’ve got a tinfoil hat on from a grainy video telling me what’s unrealistic when the kid willingly turned himself in after leaving a massive trail of evidence, including telling his partner he did it and mentioning his grandfather’s rifle. Touch grass buddy.

In fairness the life of a politician isn’t really fun or enjoyable. Often a fool’s errand and even if you do want to do it ya better have some funding lined up. So we get milquetoast and the loudest assholes in the room.
