Resolution time!
Our first resolution was in the endorse block, which is like a consent agenda. EB46 - tackling energy poverty was passed as part of the block.

@aalubik.bsky.social successfully pulled NEB 1 on primary care clinic space and allowing muni’s to use ACCs if desired.

People deserve to be safe from extreme temperatures. @ubcm.bsky.social has been pushing for a minimum provincial standard of maintenance for rentals that includes this.

@aalubik.bsky.social & I often talk about indoor temp. BC Building Code contains reqmts for cooling in new bldg but we still have a ways to go for existing, esp for rental.
