I love this stuff. It’s great to see how certain rituals generated alignment and/or execution. It definitely leads to the wheels turning in my head.

These experiments always resonate with me. I really believe if we aren’t pushing Product Teams to learn as quickly as possible and in non-scalable ways we aren’t doing what’s best for them, the customer, or the business.

I read recently on the idea of 6 week increments for delivering product work and driving outcomes. Similar to the 37Signals approach. I’m looking to hear from product folks who’ve tried to implement something similar and what you’ve learned.

I've arrived! After all those attempts at trying to get an invite code last weekend Bluesky does me a solid and just processes my original sign up 😄
