Before you get into my posts, here’s Me 👇🏾:

- I’m a Product Designer
- I have a side project cleeve.app with over 350 users, 2 months after launch
- Cleeve is a webapp focused on allowing you save, organize and access your bookmarks easily
- I #buildinpublic
- I engage so don’t be shy to follow 🥰
There’s this joy in my heart anytime someone signs up to Cleeve for the first and sends me a message about how the experience on there is just the best

A special kind of joy

Web mobile designs and user experiences are often neglected in most indie-hacker products out here.

I wonder why

Ever since I built a place to keep all my bookmarks, I have rarely thought twice about saving stuff.

I just save it

Here's a sneak peek into the Collections where I organize my links 😉:

We recently discovered a much simpler way to share collections in cleeve.app , and it made me pause — why didn’t we find this sooner?

Looking back, I realize we needed to take the wrong steps first.

Those missteps taught us what didn’t work, so we could finally land on what does.

Here's what cleeve.app has been up to

1. Exploring how saved bookmarks would look in a Masonry Grid
2. Enhanced view to see all your saved posts from X
3. Enhanced view to see all your saved videos from YouTube

I like where this is going

The new year is coming with big updates on Cleeve 🎉

You’ll be able to zoom in on images, play videos directly, and have a smoother experience with your saved X bookmarks.

Saving bookmarks shouldn’t just be about storage—it should make life easier. Can’t wait for you to try it out on cleeve.app

When I started getting people to try my product, I used cold DMs—but only with people I’d built some relationship with by engaging with their content. It felt natural, not spammy, like talking to a friend. Best part? They signed up, shared feedback, and made it worthwhile!

Our v1 of bookmarking posts from X & 🦋 on cleeve.app is currently just saving the link and nothing more

v2 is giving you more the posts you save like watching videos, access to multiple media from posts saved & more

We're starting with X and then to 🦋

This update is coming soon and I can't wait 🤩

I’m beginning to get a new perspective on my design skills especially in “thinking through design” and appreciating the process

It’s not just from 0 to 1

Its from 0 to everything in between and then 1

I saw someone put together these fonts on X & I decided to curate direct downloadable links to each of them

cleeve.app/p/frankie/co...

You can save the entire collection or save a few on cleeve.app

Its probably time to spice up your websites with Pretty Cool Fonts

Here's something beautiful about cleeve.app

1. @christian-o.bsky.social privately shares with me a collection of bookmarks he's curated
2. I open it and I'm able to save the entire collection
3. In my Saved collections in my account, I see what I have just saved

I love love this capability

Here’s life after hitting 500 users😮‍💨
Imagine what I’d do when we clock 1k

Today, Ive done nothing about Cleeve
And I don’t feel bad about it

No design
No marketing
No nothing

I’m being a human being taking a well deserved break after hitting 500 users 😎

Before, it never crossed my mind that I could stay in my little corner in the world and have people across continents use my products

Ff, today, I have 500 users ranging mostly from devs to designers to indiehackers and entrepreneurs using my teeny tiny tool

I feel lucky 🤭

I’ve waited 24 days to do this 🎉🎉
Editing my profile to change my user count from 400 to 500 🔥

It’s crazy how some ideas on here (and X) are totally different from what is being preached on Tiktok

Are social media platforms echo chambers?

Ive always “thought” of making Design content. Ive dabbled in writing on medium. Although I liked it, I couldn’t keep up because it felt like wholle lot of work which took out the fun in what I wanted to do

I just discovered the type of content that works for me

I cant wait to get started 🥳

2. No SEO strategies
3. No ads
4. No affiliate programs
5. No structured marketing activities

Just showing up with our product everyday
