Twenty years later and I am still proud of the work I did in the USA Peace Corps in Zambia. The Peace Corps makes up a tiny fraction of the US government’s federal budget, but has a profound impact on the people it serves. It looks to be next up on the DOGE chopping block. #peacecorps #zambia #RAP

Improving one minute power is not specific or even relevant for long distance triathlons, but it does prepare me for VO2 max intervals in the future.

15x400m run w/200m jogging rest. Followed by a 2,800m threshold swim @1:44/100 average pace. Total workout time 1hr 40mins. Why not give it a try? #triathlon #triathlontraining

I made the switch over to #mywhoosh from Zwift almost a year ago. I find the graphics and connectivity to be much better. The workouts are good too!
