Marine scientist and invertebrate proponent, currently describing a deep sea sponge. He/Him, 26. I mainly use this account to look at furry porn. 🔞 Check out my youtube! https://www.youtube.com/@arctonoevittata
I don't disagree with that point. I'm saying they are not glorified filter feeders because they are not filter feeders. And they do not have a typical sponge diet.

Death ball is definitely an excessive name, but carnivorous sponges are not filter feeders. They don't have an aquiferous system! And compared to other sponges, their prey is huge. Half a centimeter crustaceans are definitely not typical food. These guys aren't scary, but they are really weird!

I'm glad people like it, but to do that (give only two legs) to a pentaradial guy is messed up.

I promise this isn't any funnier if you get it.

Does this data set count variants as the same pokemon? e.g. does mega_lucario count as lucario? I have to assume not, but I also think it should!

Nihilego? If so, 100%. Crazy that the hottest sea jelly pokemon isn't even water type.

Also, it's my birthday, so you're not allowed to be upset with me. Unless you're Ilse Gort, in which case, my sincerest apologies.

Are the legs just two thick tentacles? That's perfect.

Seeing all these mammal x mammal gaps as examples is crazy; mammal x polychaete would be lethal.

Is it worth it to call it image-cutting instead of photoshopping, when the latter is probably clearer? Definitely not now that I asked.

I practice a version of augury where all birds are good omens. The more birds, the better. In a pinch, I am willing to count flying insects as good omens, too.
