Unfortunately it's fake. It was debunked as Louis nail wasn't really painted as you see in the original picture

I'm Italian😅first you cut onions and garlic into very small pieces and you sort of fry them in a large amount of olive oil.Then you add the "tomato sauce",the original one.You put salt,at your taste. If it's a little acidic you can either add a little sugar or milk.Let it cook for a couple of hours.
