Some ink stretches that I completed recently. Including a study of the incredible work of Bernie Wrightson. I love his use of flowing lines to draw both cloth and flesh in a unified way. Also some expirmentstive head sketches.

My illustration of 'Uriel in Contemplation' started with a rough figure sketch with HB graphite, followed by dark shadows with charcoal and 5H-2B graphite for smooth gradients.
