It’s so tough. And they have no reason to feel guilty - they’re a child and didn’t know! But I know they still will 😕 I got very lucky with 12’s reaction, but for some reason have to justify to other people why we don’t engage with HP. I’ve had the “death of the author” convo way too many times 😭
