Queer Georgians (Queer Enlightenments in the US) by Anthony Delaney is a brilliant, insightful dive into the lives of queer people in the Georgian period. It’s wonderfully written & excellently researched. It was a joy to read. Would make an excellent gift for anyone interested in LGBTQ+ history.

Queer Georgians (Queer Enlightenments in the US) by Anthony Delaney is a brilliant, insightful dive into the lives of queer people in the Georgian period. It’s wonderfully written & excellently researched. It was a joy to read. Would make an excellent gift for anyone interested in LGBTQ+ history.

Minor, nitpicky quibble.
I know the ESB is under a lot of pressure what with all the damage done to the power grid due to Storm Éowyn (I applaud their efforts) but this has irked me for years:
It’s not an “estimated” time if you just automatically set it three days after the fault was reported.

Not defending Derek Chauvin (heaven forbid) but I don’t think his hands are in his pockets in that image - I think he’s wearing dark coloured gloves.
