Well, I’ve run the numbers, and it turns out I buy more hamburgers from Five Guys than they buy from me. I’ve been subsidizing these guys for years! The only way to solve this trade deficit is for Five Guys to fall under my complete control.

David Lynch connected with me more than any other filmmaker. From the opening notes of Twin Peaks, dun dun, I was sucked into the surreal vibe of his worlds. He's affected everything I've done. Maybe I got into psychology to understand the subconscious sea of ideas he fished his from. RIP.

Are there no adults in that country? Nobody to stand up and point out that none of this shit is working? Like, obviously you guys gotta pick incompetence over evil, but change the system so at least one regular smart person is a choice too.

Apple's AI stuff seems good if it works. That integration with their own ecosystem should allow for personalized assistance that actually takes action, instead of a chat bot assistant with severe amnesia and no hands.
