That sounds the wrong way around to me? Lack of a merger dooms Cofidis as one additional team finishes above them. A merger at least means that if they beat Uno-X for points, they can keep it.

I rode underneath that on a cycle tour through the Netherlands and Belgium last year. A beautiful structure, would like to have ridden over it but it wasn't on my route.
