win 10 has some wont-fix bugs with multiple monitors on HDMI that shuffles windows randomly too, to the extent they acknowledge them it's as a push to go to 11

it's funny, I went the other way, I'm so assured that I'm not threatening that I will just walk into a store to wait for someone who's shopping and start cracking my knuckles cause I'm bored and they feel ready to pop (the person I was waiting for was like "the staff really wanted you to leave")

yeah, and I don't really mind if they put the line somewhere that's consistent but overdoes it a bit. But I want the recognition that it's blocking things that don't need to be blocked, to make sure it blocks the important ones. Both in how it's communicated and what the reversal process is like

yeah honestly it's really infantilizing to be like "you don't want someone making comical threats at you, do you". I'm an adult, I can handle someone disagreeing with me in an insulting or hyperbolic way. if it turns into actionable threats I know the difference. they're not similar

I found a lego broom within my eyesight instead of having to dig through the bag of 1000 minifig implements. And since it wasn't in the bag, looking would have been fruitless. So much wasted effort avoided

sure, but I think I wouldn't describe electricity infrastructure as being mainly tech. it's mainly construction and maintenance of 50+ year lifespan structures, and if you build out for fossil fuel that's 50 years of wasted investment if you then drop them early

yeah ngl I'm not a good fit mental illness wise for having conditions that i'd need to advocate for myself to get any treatment. and I'm not trying to post about how I suck and am doing nothing about it, so I just don't post, mostly
