You can see that 48% of all EHCPs for CIC are for SEMH (social emotional and mental health needs).

Only 15% of all EHCPs are for SEMH, so that's where the big difference in EHCP prime need is.

Haven't pulled the stats for SEND support but suspect it'd be similar. 2/2

I cannot understand why those with the power to make a real difference don't seem to understand the importance of strong foundations. It's just common sense, not rocket science!
Get the foundations right, and everything else will follow.
