Agreed, I also have my audio book synced with my ereader so I can both listen and focus on the text at the same time. Quite a nice distraction!

The Triumphs were quite springy for me. Ones I had were 2 generations ago. Not sure how the newest one is?

My new long run shoes are Skechers Aero Burst. Trying them out for the first time today. My previous long run 👟 was the Saucony Triumph

When I started running, I used the same pair I wore to work. Now I have like 5 pair 🤣

Probably too many, lol. One pair for long slow runs. 1 for Tempo/Threshold pace, 1 race pace. I can’t really find where the Mach 6 fits for me at the moment.
