I’m sorry but I can never imagine being so unprofessional and now records being passed around of such unprofessionalism all cause you think saying beta will excuse racism.

When a company is lazy in preventing low hanging racism (ie: a word blocklist), I’m always reminded of the benefits of having diverse teams (if people are genuinely listened to).
